Celebrity parents often put in a lot of effort to ensure that their children live a life of fame, fortune, and success. Unfortunately, some celebrity kids take advantage of their privileged position and end up disgracing their parents. Here, we examine a few examples of celeb kids who have disappointed their parents and the public.

1. Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan was once a promising actress and a household name, but her numerous run-ins with the law have greatly affected her career. Paris Hilton, the heiress to the Hilton hotel empire, had everything going for her – beauty, wealth, and a famous last name. However, her partying and controversial behavior in the early 2000s negatively impacted her reputation and her family’s reputation as well. Paris’s parents, Richard and Kathy Hilton, were likely disappointed with her antics, which included multiple arrests for DUIs and even a leaked sex tape.

3. Scott Disick

Scott Disick rose to fame as the on-again-off-again love interest of Kourtney Kardashian on their reality TV show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. However, Scott’s partying, infidelity, and substance abuse issues have caused tremendous strain on his relationship with Kourtney, and have even led to his dismissal from the show.
