The complex character, played by actor Jason Dohring, won over millions of viewers during the show’s initial run from 2004 to 2007, and again with the 2014 Kickstarter-funded movie. He pointed to the first time Logan and Veronica officially got together in season two, as well as their reunion in the movie, as two standout moments. He also mentioned the scene in which Logan protects Veronica from a group of bikers in season one, and their unexpected dance at the prom in season three.

But for Dohring, the truly unforgettable moments were the quieter ones that showed the depth of Logan and Veronica’s connection. He cited a scene from the season one episode “Weapons of Class Destruction”, in which Logan shares a vulnerable moment with Veronica about his family situation. “It was such a raw and honest moment between them,” he said. “That’s what I always loved about these characters – they could have these really intense, dramatic scenes, but then they also had these quiet, intimate moments.”

As for what fans can expect from the upcoming Hulu revival, Dohring was tight-lipped, but did offer a few tantalizing hints. He noted that the show will have a slightly different tone than previous iterations, reflecting the characters’ changes and the passage of time. He also said that fans can expect to see Logan and Veronica’s relationship continue to evolve.

“I think they are both really committed to each other,” he said. “But at the same time, they both have their own issues and their own demons to deal with. It’s not going to be smooth sailing for them.”
