Western society, or at least the more progressive parts of it, seems to be more open than ever to accepting the notion that sexuality is a spectrum. Pansexuality is an interest in men, women, and also people who identify as transgender, androgynous, or gender fluid. Representation in the media can only help people understand this approach to love and attraction – and inspire those who feel similarly to embrace it. 1. Janelle Monáe
The singer and actress came out as pansexual in an interview with Rolling Stone back in 2018. She explained that she had previously identified as bisexual, but as she grew older and had more experiences, she realized the term pansexual was more fitting.
2. Miley Cyrus
Miley has never been one to shy away from controversy. In an interview with Variety in 2019, she revealed that she was pansexual and had also been in relationships with women.
3. Brendon Urie
The lead singer of Panic! at the Disco announced that he considers himself to be pansexual in a Rolling Stone interview back in 2018. He explained that he finds beauty in everyone and doesn’t limit himself based on gender identity or sexuality.
4. Chella Man
Chella Man is a deaf and trans actor, artist, and model. He publicly came out as pansexual in 2019, using the opportunity to advocate for representation and inclusivity in not only the fashion and art industries but in society as a whole.
5. Angel Haze
Angel Haze is an American rapper known for her smooth flow and powerful lyrics. In a social media confession, she revealed that she was pansexual, encouraging her followers to embrace their true selves and not feel pressured to conform to society’s expectations.

The actress best known for her roles in “Divergent” and “The Fault in Our Stars” also identifies as pansexual. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, she explained how she doesn’t like to be labeled as one thing or another and likes to keep an open mind.
