It’s recommended that one sits with their back straight, shoulders relaxed, feet flat on the ground, and with enough space between the back of the knees and the seat.
3. Sleeping
We all love our beauty sleep, but we may not be doing it the right way. Sleeping on your stomach puts too much pressure on your spine and neck, leading to back and neck pain. It’s recommended that you sleep on your back or your side with a good pillow to support your neck.
4. Washing Hands
Many of us wash our hands often but don’t do it correctly. To wash your hands effectively, you need to have soap and warm water, ensure you scrub for at least 20 seconds, and get into all the crevices, such as under the nails and between your fingers. Additionally, dirty towels are a breeding ground for germs, so you should use a paper towel or a clean towel to dry your hands.
5. Pouring Drinks
We all know how to pour a drink, right? Well, wrong. When pouring drinks, many of us tend to pour them over the side of the glass, which can cause a mess. To avoid this, pour the drink with the bottle or can touching the glass, which will prevent any spills.
