1. Cynthia Nixon – Best known for her role on Sex and the City, Cynthia Nixon came out as gay in 2004. She is now married to her partner, Christine Marinoni.
2. Jim Parsons – The Big Bang Theory star came out as gay in 2012. He has been in a relationship with his partner Todd Spiewak since 2002.

9. Sara Gilbert – The actress, best known for her role in Roseanne, came out as gay in 2010. She is married to songwriter Linda Perry and has three children.
10. Neil Patrick Harris – The How I Met Your Mother star came out as gay in 2006. He married his partner, actor and chef David Burtka, in 2014, and they have two children together.
